چکیده
Abstract. Human-controlled reservoirs have a large influence on the global water cycle. While hydrological models use generic parameterizations to model dam operations, representation of reservoir regulation is still lacking in many Earth system models. Here we implement and evaluate widely used parametrization river-routing mizuRoute, which operates vector-based river network resolving individual lakes currently being coupled an model. We develop approach determine downstream area over aggregate irrigation demand per reservoir. The previous studies about the maintenance systems were dealt with defining the evaluation criteria, grouping them, and using different techniques for evaluating. The main problem is that maintenance subsystems and the relationship between and within them in order to a reliable evaluation have never been identified before. The contribution of this study is realizing the four maintenance su...

deployable scissor type structures are composed of the so-called scissor-like elements (sles), which are connected to each other at an intermediate point through a pivotal connection and allow them to be folded into a compact bundle for storage or transport. several sles are connected to each other in order to form units with regular polygonal plan views. the sides and radii of the polygons are...

متن کاملA feature model of coupling technologies for Earth System Models
Couplers that link together two or more numerical simulations are well-known abstractions in the Earth System Modeling (ESM) community. In the past decade, reusable software assets have emerged to facilitate scientists in implementing couplers. While there is a large amount of overlap in the features supported by software coupling technologies, their implementations differ significantly in term...
